Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. A handful of our pieces are handmade, so we appreciate a little extra patience while we get everything just right. You’ll get an email as soon as your order is placed, and another with tracking once it’s on the way.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to update or cancel your order, reach out to us at info@kingstreetstudios.co as soon as possible with your order number and “Order Update Request” in the subject line. We can’t make any promises once it’s been processed—but we’ll always do our best to catch it in time.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—or reach out to us and we’ll resend it.

Where do you ship, and do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the U.S. and offer international shipping to select countries. If international shipping is available in your region, you'll see the option at checkout. We're working on expanding—so if we’re not shipping to you yet, hang tight.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed. We offer both standard and expedited options—so you can choose what works best for you.

Returns 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on all unworn items. Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging included. To start a return, email us at info@kingstreetstudios.co with your order number and “Return Request” in the subject line. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note: earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. 

What if I received the wrong piece?

It’s rare, but hey—we’re human. If something’s off, email us at info@kingstreetstudios.co within 3 days of delivery and we’ll fix it fast. Just include your order number and a quick photo so we can get things sorted.

What materials do you use?

All of our gold pieces are 18k gold vacuum-plated. Our silver styles are either silver-plated or raw stainless steel—intentionally. We love the slightly deeper tone and the unique edge it brings to a finished look. Everything we make is hypoallergenic, made to last, and made to layer. And like all the best things, your KSS pieces get better with age—slightly worn-in only makes them fit our style even more.

Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?

While we can’t make any promises, most of our pieces are handmade—so we’re always happy to try. If you have something specific in mind, email us at info@kingstreetstudios.co with the details and we’ll let you know if it’s possible. And if you’re looking for something personal, our Melrose Bag Charm can be customized with the initial of your choice.

My favorite item is sold out! Will it come back in stock?

Most likely, yes. Since many of our pieces are handmade, we occasionally pause restocks to make sure we’re shipping existing orders as quickly as possible. If you’re wondering about a specific piece, email us at info@kingstreetstudios.co —we’re happy to let you know if a restock is coming soon or if it’s unlikely to return.

Maintenance & Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

Your pieces are made to move with you—but they’ll last longer with a little extra love. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals, and store them in a dry place when not in use. A quick wipe with a soft cloth after wear helps maintain their shine. Each piece comes with a custom pouch designed to keep it protected on the go—because let’s be honest, it’s probably ending up at the bottom of your bag.

I lost an earring back—what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that—sh*t happens. Just email us at info@kingstreetstudios.co and let us know which piece you need a back for. We’ll get a new one out to you ASAP.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes—we’ve got you. Many of our pieces are handmade, which means they can be a little more delicate, so treating them with care goes a long way. If an earring breaks, we’re happy to replace it. And if any of your handmade pieces need a little love, reach out—we’ll walk you through how to send it back for a repair.
